The 45-degree insulated bends are constructed from 0.5mm inside and outside wall thickness, 304 grade stainless steel and powder coated with an Axalta product.
45-degree bends can be used to create offsets. For a 45-degree offset, the distance between the two bends should not exceed 20% of the total vertical height of the chimney. Constructing the system with minimal horizontal runs and offsets is advisable.
From the outside of a double walled insulated item, a 50mm minimum clearance must be maintained from combustible materials.
